Whenever I hear/see Hello Kitty mentioned, I think of the vibrator and say "Hello Clitty!" which I obviously think is hilarious.

The Mickey Mouse vibrator sadly, does not suprise me. But the other thing...I have a minor problem with.

Spongebob Squarepants Rectal Thermometer, where the actual thermometer part comes out of his pants...Just wrap your mind around that for a moment.

MISLEADING. It's just a normal thermometer, yo. :| Well side from where it's coming out, of course. That's a little awkward.
